Terms of Service

1. The service

TiboSpeak is an English speaking-practice app. You hold live voice conversations with AI characters in simulated everyday scenes, and receive automated feedback on task completion, pronunciation and fluency. It is a practice tool, not a certification, a language exam, or a substitute for a human teacher.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You can use the App as a guest, in which case your account is tied to your device. Deleting the App, resetting the device, or switching to a new device can make a guest account unreachable, along with the progress in it. Signing in with Apple links your progress to your Apple ID so it survives those events.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• TiboSpeak offers auto-renewing subscriptions with monthly and yearly options. Current prices are shown in the App and in the App Store for your region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription covering the same period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
• Prices may change. Changes take effect no earlier than the next renewal, and you will be notified as required by the App Store.

5. The free tier

Without a subscription you get the first scene in full, the placement call and the daily Morning Call. What is included in the free tier may change as the App evolves; we will not remove access you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code or models
• Use automated means to access the service, or resell access to it
• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringes someone's rights
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Record or capture other people's voices without their consent

7. AI-generated content

Scene scripts, character dialogue, feedback and scores are generated automatically. They can be wrong, oddly worded, or inconsistent, and pronunciation scores are an estimate rather than a measurement. Do not rely on the App for legal, medical, financial, immigration or other professional advice — scenes on those topics are practice settings, not real guidance.

8. Your content

What you say stays yours. To run the service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit your recordings and transcripts for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — generating replies, scoring, and showing you your own review. Nothing more.

9. Our content

The App, its characters, scene designs, artwork, text and software are owned by Moro AI and protected by intellectual property law. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App — not ownership of any part of it.

10. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular improvement in your English.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moro AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Apple

This agreement is between you and Moro AI, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moro AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
